"Video engages people in a way that photos and text alone can't.... using video in your marketing can bring faces, voices, personality and heart to your operation, while also demonstrating your authenticity."

Susan O'Leary has been using technology to tell stories for almost 20 years. After getting her degree in Film, Photography & Video at the University of Westminster in London, she worked in Vancouver, North Carolina and California on computer animation and multimedia projects for companies such as Disney and ESPN.

Now based in the Northwest Corner of Connecticut, Susan has taken advantage of the incredible changes in technology and the Internet that have made it possible for everyone to use video to reach a wide audience. The technology is exciting and the toolbox at your disposal is more varied (and less expensive) than ever before - but story is still king and Susan's role as a video producer and editor is to use those tools and technology to tell your  story.

Ren Nickson has been a fly-fishing guide, a decorative painter, and a cheesemaker. After working as a wedding and portrait photographer for almost ten years he is focusing on Architecture and Interior photography. Feeling lucky because he gets to hang out with his fabulous wife and their Rhodesian Ridgeback, Stella, you can find them wandering parts of the Appalachian trail or eating pancakes at a local diner. If you walked by the house you might hear him serenading them on the concertina.

Ren was awarded Best of Houzz 2016 for his architectural photography. Check out his Houzz site by clicking here.
